My name is Tiffany Frias and I am a co-founder of the SA Counselors Networking Group. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in 2011.  While I work with a variety of issues, my main areas of interest include major life transitions, anger, problematic relationship patterns, coping skills and difficulties with identity.  I specialize in working with college students; however I enjoy working with adults of all ages. Hi, my name is Virginia G. Gonzalez and I am one of three co-founders of the San Antonio Counselors Networking Group. I have the privilege of working with Tracy Cooper and Tiffany Frias in being able to provide this networking, supportive, and resourceful group.

I completed my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University. I currently practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life in Balance Counseling in San Antonio, TX.

As a therapist, I provide support and guidance in a sensitive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental setting.  In counseling, I use a variety of approaches and expressive therapeutic techniques that best fit my client in order to help facilitate change and work towards health and balance. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of issues such as grief/bereavement, depression, self-harm, anxiety, self-esteem, social skills, behavioral issues, acculturation, and anger management. Hi! My name is Tracy Cooper and I am a co-founder of the San Antonio Counselors Networking group and one of three hosts on this blog.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my graduate education at St. Mary’s University, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, couples and adults. I am qualified to treat a variety of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, mood disorders, social skills, self-esteem, and stress reduction management. My counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy with other therapeutic techniques that effectively promote change.
